City-Island.co.uk caters for Tenants & Landlords at the City Island development on Gotts Road in the City’s West End. The site features Property to Rent and information for Tenants and allows Landlords to rent out parking spaces and even advertise their property For Sale. Attached to the site is a Facebook community encouraging tenants to interact and meet-up. City-Island.co.uk has been developed by Lettings direct.co.uk following their success in managing apartments at City Island over the last 18 months. On the day of launch the Facebook group attracted 26 members and the 1st of many community events has already been organised. For those that don’t do Facebook there is the option to contact the Lettings direct.co.uk team and have appropriate ads listed on the site for free. For landlords of City Island the website will provide a targeted location to advertise their apartments alongside www.lettingsdirect.co.uk which will also continue to advertise City island properties. The site also features specific advice for landlords and potential investors on City Island such as contact details for the managing agents and tradesmen. City-Island.co.uk is the first of what is hoped will be a number of development specific websites and Lettings direct.co.uk are keen to hear from Landlords and Tenants with ideas as to how the content can be developed to best effect. |
